The Vine Bridge kitchen is the return to dishes which were eaten for generations: groats, breads baked using primitive methods, meats and fishes dressed with herbs, forest fruits. Prepared in clay, over a stone and in fire, with love and passion, using our entire knowledge of cooking, smoking, frying, baking and roasting.
Our courses were proposed in a modern, proprietary form of New Polish Cuisine, in vessels specially prepared for Vine Bridge.
